I did a pedicure today for my first time at this place. I was served by Maeva and she did an amazing job. The experience was fun and relaxing. She took the time to perfection everything. Will come back for sure!!
Horrible experience. To start, I have been here many times, getting a pedicure is good, but hearing the staff in their breakroom talking about you in a bad way does not make me feel very good. Why are you talking about your customers in such a rude way? Especially when i can hear you! Every time i go i always have someone different and there is no consistency throughout… Where is the training to make sure its a seem less transition through each person? I had a great experience at Envy Spa. I saw makayla for a few sessions of IPL. She was very professional, caring and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend her services.
