As a long time customer, I recently purchased OVER $850 of paint, including one gallon of paint that needed to be matched to a specific color swatch I brought in. I asked if they had a color match scanner and the color "expert" said that they never use it...and that they do a better job by simply doing it by "eye" As you can see from the enclosed photo, the color wasn't even close! I rushed into Envy with 7 minutes before closing, carting in 2 cans of paint that we discovered were not Benjamin Moore colours. The staff graciously brought out swatches to try to find them and I said I would come back first thing in the morning as I didn’t want to keep them there beyond closing. They found the right colours and immediately mixed them for me. Very grateful for their excellent customer service.
Very helpful, I was provided with great suggestions and service! The product also met our expectations as described.
