After a professional response from the business regarding a concern I am fully restored into shopping there. My daughter and girlfriend love the clothes and my future clothes shopping will be at Envy. Thank you for serving Modesto with a choice and great line of clothing.
I can't stand there customer service there..I bought a wallet and took it get back the very next day with receipt because it had a broken clasp on it and it wouldn't stay shut and they told me there was nothing they can do for me ...I was like you sold me a broken wallet for $25 and all I want is one that works...I was pissed!!!! And I swore to buy mine an my daughters uugs elsewhere..taking care of your customers should be #1..not replacing stuff you sold already broken just makes you look shistie.
