Everything was going good until it didn’t. Did a loan application disclosed everything including I was shopping the mortgage. Was given numbers and green light to move forward to the point of ordering an appraisal. I had mentioned I didn’t want to work with there closing attorney and had one of my own was told at first didn’t know if that was possible.
