Envoy picked me up after a procedure at Mayo Clinic. The Mayo employee pushing my wheelchair and I were looking for something to identify the vehicle or maybe a uniform shirt on the driver...nope. Instead, there was someone in extremely casual attire with a really old personal vehicle - nothing to identify her as working for any company, much less "professional care giver transport". My understanding was after my procedure at mayo, driver would make sure I was safe, out of wheelchair into car. Didn’t happen! Late, he didn’t bother to read invoice he was at wrong building, no way to call him back . He speeded off before I could even figure out seatbelt, bad attitude would not talk, not a professional driver, tailgating and slamming on brakes.
