Nice ride with assist goes faster especially uphill. Happy with the bike.
I needed something to get me around in the hilly stuff and slowly get some strength back into my legs etc. I also wanted to buy Canadian!! I have really enjoyed the D50 so far. After I got use to it, I bought a trailer to pull to take on day panic outings.. Stella is the sale person who sold me this e-bike and I found her to be very responsive and knowledgeable to help when I needed it! Great job to all….
Myself and husband bought Envo D50 e-bikes recently and are enjoying them immensely. We now go for bike rides more and have flexibility to travel further distances. Our bikes were reasonably priced and great quality with good power and many accessories are included on the bikes: rear bike rack, lights, fenders, kickstand.
Bought a bike from them. It arrived damaged and incongruous instructions to put it together. I thought I might order the parts that were needed and sort out the bike. The fork was completely bent. Big mistake. The unit needed a lot of work. The assembly came with instructions that were totally different from the bike assembly. Update: Their warranty person got involved and was very helpful. I’ve had nothing but trouble with ENVO Drive Systems—and I don’t even have my bike yet. The customer service has been unacceptable (looking at you, S.O.). I requested documentation to support claims they made in a support email and never received a response. I then asked about the cancellation procedure since my bike hadn’t been shipped but my credit card had already been charged. Less than 24 hours later, I received a Purolator shipping notice.
