Model: D35 Within one year ive had issues with truing of the rear wheel (apparently unfixable and requiring replacement according to local bike shops), battery lock broke and a battery died mid ride. Trying to get battery replaced under warranty, I shipped out my battery using their prepaid UPS service and I ended up with empty box shipped back to me and no battery and no update or contact attempt from Envo. Envo is not dealing professionally with my return. I cancelled my order before shipping for two reasons; i wanted a shipping change and then was unable to reach them, and since then, return of correspondence is quite inefficient. Via phone salesperson says he’ll call back and doesn’t. Via email, they state one order number for two clients so they are unable to refund me at this time. Over one thousand dollars sitting in their bank account. This for over two weeks for a very simple transaction cancellation.
We spent $6,195.05 on two bikes (2 D-50 bikes) from ENVO, and after how we were treated, we tried to cancel the order. They claimed the bikes had already shipped, but we called the shipping company ourselves, and they told us ENVO was lying. We didn’t even get a shipment notification until two days later. Because of that, we would’ve had to pay even more money to send them back and take a major loss, so we were stuck keeping them. I have a D50 purchased in July of 2024. It is a really nice powerful bike, WHEN IT WORKS. Within one month and less than 300km of owning it the bottom bracket failed on the bike. It was harder than getting a tooth pulled to reach Envo after numerous attempts from the dealer and me. Envo will not answer phone calls. I have never had them answer a call.
