I bought a Envo D50 bike in June 2024. January 2026, the battery suddenly stopped working - less than 2 years of occasional use (max 2x per week) around the city. I took my bike in for repair only to be told the battery was dead and not repairable. I reported this to Envo customer service underlining that the battery lasted much less than advertised despite responsible care of the battery and bike.
