Customer service is not at all. Will not answer the phone or emails or return calls.
Like Ken Wendt, I purchased the exact same two bikes and we love them. We had a problem with the controller on one bike about a month into using the bikes but Envo was VERY fast in shipping me a new controller (one day) without any issues, now the bike works great again. Valariia and one tech (sorry I didn't get his name) were outstanding in their help to us. We have been showing off our bikes and providing the website and contact info to those who are interested in buying one, we're stopped and asked about them quite often.
I'm very happy with my purchase of the ENVO D50 e-bike! The buying process was smooth and straightforward, and the bike arrived quickly. Everything was exactly as described, and setup was easy. The quality of the bike is outstanding — it rides beautifully and feels very solid. I’m thrilled with my decision and would definitely recommend the ENVO D50 to anyone looking for a high-quality e-bike!
I have tried to contact their customer service a number of times, and each time it indicates that they are currently busy. Although their website seems to suggest that they pride themselves with a high degree of service provided, they seem to be unavailable which leaves the customer in a poor position to make purchasing decisions.
Can’t even comment on the bike, because the service we received was so bad. Right from the owner.
