Envista Credit Union has such an amazing staff. Every visit feels welcoming and everyone is always very helpful. Aiden especially goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and genuinely shows care. Highly recommend if you are looking for a credit union that puts people first!
I had a great experience at the Envista bank in Lawrence thanks to the teller Gabe. He is incredibly nice and polite, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. Plus, his friendly demeanor and cute smile really brightened my day. Definitely made banking a lot more enjoyable!

I’ve had a very disappointing first experience. I was originally told I would be able to secure two different options for my car loan, both with lower rates than what I’m currently paying. I was excited about this, but as the process went on, I was contacted again and told my new rate would actually be over $100 more than expected. I cannot understand why I was quoted three different rates throughout this process, but this feels misleading and unprofessional. Because of this, I will not be moving forward.
