I had questions about my mortgage and Secily Rees emailed me immediately with all of the answers and additional information I was looking for without telling me just to make an appointment. She was so thorough and explained it in the most simple way for me to understand everything. I never felt pressured to do anything and she was so understanding and patient. She even offered me an after hours appointment or phone call so I didn't have to take off work. Hands down the kindest most communicative banker I've dealt with.

I had some prior "beef" with Envista due to a car loan (lol) and never thought I would bank with them again.....until today! MAJOR S/O to Jordan who politely greets you when you first walk in!!! He made a difficult day way less stressful! He literally got me a CH, SA & DBC all within a timely manner as I needed to get a rental car. Thanks for taking the time and really showing compassion <3 might have a customer for life now! :)
Always have great experiences when in the Iowa St. location! Brianna is the sweetest. She is always smiling and so helpful. She makes the process easy and I never have to wait. She has gone above and beyond for us. Amazing staff at this location!
Envista Credit Union has such an amazing staff. Every visit feels welcoming and everyone is always very helpful. Aiden especially goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and genuinely shows care. Highly recommend if you are looking for a credit union that puts people first!
