Not enough tellers utwhen you get to the teller they are courteous and helpful.
I can't tell you how frustrated I am. I liked the way it was set up.
This time it took 40minutes just for 2 deposits. Slowest services ever. Always line up because of slow service. Hire more people. Instead of chit chat girls.
My account had a major security breech at this location. I reported go head office 2 weeks ago with zero help. Giving money from someones account without a PIN or Identification is Wrong. I no longer feel safe using this bank.
Never have enough staff on, even on days when other branches are closed, it would be more efficient if there was a teller for simple deposits/withdrawals and other tellers for stuff that takes time. No one wants to wait in a line for half and hour.
