I was incredibly grateful for the work of Envision Glassworks. They ordered the glass, and gave us the typical 2-4 week timeline that the supplier could deliver it. However, within a week the glass was ready, they made time as quick as possible, had it installed. Then there was a mishap with our sink, and Joe, in an effort to ensure it wasn't his accident, made time as soon as possible to come to our house to fix the sink.
