I needed to pay minimum payment for my credit card, I couldn't log into my checking account to be able to transfer yo my credit card, I called customer service, as ALWAYS they first asked, what's my last activity on my card, then they said:" we can't confirm you, and you need to go to a branch!!", I said I'm in Alberta and will be back after Xmas holidays! I went to the Town Centre branch today in Abbotsford to collect a Secondary Credit Card on my account. A young man greeted me and attempted to assist, he said he needed to consult his manager, so he goes to get the manager (i didn’t ask to speak to the manager, it was a very courteous interaction up to that point). Suddenly a tall, smug and very condescending woman appears and begins to explain to me, almost berate me, a grown man, like a child as to why I couldn’t collect the card.
