I went to the Town Centre branch today in Abbotsford to collect a Secondary Credit Card on my account. A young man greeted me and attempted to assist, he said he needed to consult his manager, so he goes to get the manager (i didn’t ask to speak to the manager, it was a very courteous interaction up to that point). Suddenly a tall, smug and very condescending woman appears and begins to explain to me, almost berate me, a grown man, like a child as to why I couldn’t collect the card. Doesn’t help and doesn’t respond to missed calls or emails. Communication is garbage.

Please improve your business hours. You need to be open for a few hours on Saturdays. Most people work M-F 8:30-4:30 and yours are 9:30-5pm
