Never have enough staff on, even on days when other branches are closed, it would be more efficient if there was a teller for simple deposits/withdrawals and other tellers for stuff that takes time. No one wants to wait in a line for half and hour.
Id give less stars if possible. Foreign worker has never seen a cheque from h and r block and wouldn't cash my cheque. Not to mention the 20 minute wait in line to find this out.
