Great customer service, however, they don't have a regular debit card with a chip. Only if one applies for their credit card, do you get a debit chip card! Staff is really AWSOME though! However, they are starting to cha4ge service fees, as a bank, not a credit union.

Would not recommend this bank. Went to get coins, that part went okay, although I was asked if I had a different $5 bill as it was taped together. As I was leaving I asked if I could enter to win and how to do so as there was an opportunity to enter to win a gift basket; the person who helped me was going to give me a slip to fill out but then a different employee interupted and took over the situation asking me if I banked here and for my account number which I had already told the person who helped me. I would strongly advise against banking with Envision Financial based on my recent experiences. This institution stands out for its exceptionally poor service reliability and customer support. They have experienced severe service outages that prevent customers from accessing or using their funds, a critical failure for any modern bank. What's particularly concerning is the management's apparent lack of awareness about these issues.
