Service here is below average.. A lot of time spent waiting in line while reps just try to look busy, without acknowledging customers. Being closed on saturday's is a big inconvenience. Fees have gone up but not the service.
With only one Envision in langley would be very nice to be open Saturday's. Not everyone has a M-F schedule. I will be definitely changing banks!!!
