Edit again: Just trying to send myself an etransfer and yet again I have money frozen in the ether because of this bank. Nothing works here, avoid like the plague.
Edit: I decided to update my review, I went to the branch today with some frustration about my Collabria CC, the guy who helped was good at handling my frustration professionally, I wanted to make sure he gets recognition for that, Jack Wilson. I would say the call center and how Collabria manages their customers still needs work. It is a benefit to have the branch available for support in any case.
Me and my family always go to this branch because of Barinder! She is friendly,knowledgeable, and efficient!!
