Ever since first west took over Envision has gone downhill. They are no longer a credit union caring about their members but more of a bank caring about the bottom line. They switched our accounts without notice so now we have additional fees every month. We've been with them for 20+ years, thru our mortgage, line of credit and all our daily banking and now they want more. Contacting them only leads to sorry, that's just the way it is. They are the worst of the credit unions remaining. Switch to Coast Capital pending.
I am dissapointed with the new changes coming in September regarding the simply free account i have been a member for 15 years and its always been unlimited debit transactions and Etransfers. Why is it now costing 1.50 for transactions through 13 to 18. I cant afford to nesecarily be spending that maxium amount of 9$ per month considering i use my card and interac etransfer multiple times a month more then i can keep count. There must be another alternative to have it unlimited number of free transactions. Or be grandfathere... read more
