Do yourself a favour and go bank anywhere but here!!
I was in yesterday and was given the personal banking profile of another customer which included this persons: SIN number, drivers license, address and other personal identifying information. I consider this a breach of privacy and confidentiality for that customer. I am extremely thankful that I do NOT bank here and I hope that branch leadership sees this review and ensures systems and mechanisms are in place to protect the private, confidential and sensitive data of their own customers. 100% awful customer service!
