Another example of how envision financial has reduced its services after the “merge”. No longer open on Saturdays. I work Monday to Friday 8 am - 6pm. How do I get to the branch? They say “oh, you can talk to an advisor 24/7”. Great - spent 40 minutes on hold just to be told I need to visit the branch. Been a customer for 50 years. I will be moving my accounts and investments elsewhere. Useless customer service.
Great Bank to deal with. Manager had no problem coming to assist with my time sensitive matters.
Good people professional staff
Do yourself a favour and go bank anywhere but here!!
