I was in yesterday and was given the personal banking profile of another customer which included this persons: SIN number, drivers license, address and other personal identifying information. I consider this a breach of privacy and confidentiality for that customer. I am extremely thankful that I do NOT bank here and I hope that branch leadership sees this review and ensures systems and mechanisms are in place to protect the private, confidential and sensitive data of their own customers. 100% awful customer service!

This branch has completely fallen apart and it’s truly sad. I’ve banked here my entire life, two businesses and multiple personal accounts, and this recent shift in their internal culture has made them exactly like the predatory snakes and scavenging vultures they once sought to provide local residents and business owners relief from. I can not stress this enough: take your business elsewhere.
