Atm is always having problems
The last 2 1/2 years have been a nightmare - zero customer service - their mistakes and my questions/concerns are not addressed - very frustrating
I have to agree with the person below. Envision has become a disaster. I recently was told (via email) that I qualified for a cash back promo. After everything was signed and approved, all of a sudden I no longer qualified. What?! What ever happened to owning up to your mistakes? After challenging it and being told by Tamara Hendsbee and Town Centre manager that Envision would make it right, they refused to in the end. Really disappointed in this bank.
