I had an absolutely amazing experience at Envision Financial with Gurmeet Randhawa and Harsirat Kaur. I arrived at the branch at the last minute with some important work that needed to be completed, and they both went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely committed to getting everything done properly. I visited to get some issues fixed on my husband’s account, and it took us a while to sort everything out. Seerat was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure everything was resolved without making us feel rushed. Unfortunately my experience has been sub par. When I need important things to get done multiple times now after being told they would be taken care of they in fact have no. Now I have to scramble to find anyone because my points of contact are on vacation leaving me with a task I asked to be done that wasn't...
