They had help me out many times with my request, even when I trusted a wrong person. They allow me to pay back the mistake with the wrong person. So happy we switched to Envision, they have helped us out so much by giving us great advise on switching certain products where we get more for the same price, ex. Life Insurance. They helped get me going on RRSP's, and have also helped us out during tough times. After RBC never did anything for us and told us they would never help us with a loan, we left and it's the best decision we've made. Love our Financial Advisor at the location. She's great!
do not fall prey with this bank. staff is purely unprofessional harrassing debt collectors and debt predator lawyers, they can take u to the court for a small single missed payment and try their best to rip you off from your savings and equity.
This is the worst bank ever . The senior financial advisor is not honest. Putting in whatever numbers she wants on her mortgage calculations and making it confusing to understand . I wanted to renew my mortgage and they treat you like someone from another country. Then they try to mislead you on there calculations by putting in whatever numbers she want.
