No intention of answering the phone clearly.
My online banking with Envision Financial suddenly stopped working and I can’t access my accounts at all. I’ve been on hold waiting to speak to an advisor for 28 minutes now (and counting). I’m literally writing this review while still sitting on the phone because there’s nothing else to do. Completely unacceptable service and system issues. Fix your online banking and answer your phones.
One of the best banks I’ve worked with, especially on the business side. Their team is always friendly and helpful whenever I have questions or need support. What really stands out is how clear and transparent everything is—they make it easy to understand where your money is and how your accounts are managed. It also feels very community-focused. Every time I stop by, I end up having a great conversation with the staff, which says a lot about the atmosphere they’ve built. Highly recommend checking them out!
