I’ve dealt with a few banks before and envision is by far my favourite. Amazing service
A bank where people answers the phone and reply to emails immediately. They always go out of their way to help. Like banks used to be with the personal connections.
I had a very poor experience with an employee named Dawn. I would not recommend using this location they love to belittle their customers. I hope dawn gets some coaching.
Dawn was absolutely amazing today. I needed some detailed financial information regarding my accounts, and Dawn was able to get everything to me right away. She took time to listen to my questions, and was incredibly helpful in providing the exact information I needed. Thank you again.
My wife and I have received tremendous customer service at this location. Carly and Crystal have provided valuable information and guidance that we are currently in the process of reviewing - many thanks! The front line members/associates are also both friendly and efficient. Now, if they could somehow influence the mortgage interest rates to drop... I'm sure they would if they could. Full marks for this branch!!
