I've worked with this company 3 times. First time they were about 45 minutes late. I had to call to see if they were coming but they got there and got the job done, and did a good job and were fair on the price. Second time they were 2 hours late. I had to call the office to see where they were.They basically had no idea that I even had an appointment. They sent people out and got the job done, even though it was an all day job and they were in my house after hours which I wasn't thrilled about but at least it was finished. ... read more
Over this past weekend my grandmother had an electrical issue arise that the power company said needed to be fixed as soon as possible or could be dangerous. She immediately began calling electrical companies but because it was a weekend no one was available. I called Envision Electric and to my surprise immediately reached Matt, he immediately put our concerns at ease, and even took it a step further by going to my grandmothers house after church to make sure everything was OK to wait until Monday to repair.
