Patricia and Brianna are wonderful! They need 5 stars just for themselves. Tre H. seems to be new or undertrained & probably shouldn’t be assigned as a drive through teller, especially on a busy Friday evening. Unknowledgeable on policies & required assistance from another employee regarding a simple deposit. Over all, I usually have good experiences here.
There's no Chat on line. You have to wait a day for an answer! There are many other changes that are not at all customer friendly.

To slow need better service I don’t have all day to spend in the bank
The line was extremely long and I ended up waiting for over two hours, so I was very frustrated. However, a lady named Debbie from Orlando completely changed the experience for me. She stood there the whole time greeting every single member and saying, We appreciate your patience, and we’ll be with you as soon as we can.It was very hot, and she kept checking on us and asking who needed water.
