Great Credit Union! Love the staff?
My visit was great. I got locked out of my account because of a problem with my phone number. The lady who helped me was patient with me and let me know what the problem was. She solved it in a quick couple of minutes.
I had to go back to my email to get the correct name, but Sarena Hamilton ,( Virtual Account Special) Was AWESOME! I switched to Envision earlier this year and Sarena made this process great! Her customer service was beyond my expectations! As a customer service representative myself, I always expect to get the service that I provide when I'm the customer and talking to Sarena was like talking to me!
