I am highly upset at the way I was treated as a member of 25 years. My account was hacked on a Friday at 5:30, I opened a fraud claim and they still allowed the money to be taken. When I go into the bank this morning to see how to rectify and get my money to pay my bills, none of the bank officers would speak with me, they sent me to a teller. She was very nice and tried to assist as best as possible but other than her, the customer service was terrible. I've been given phone number after number to try to get someone to help... read more
