My experiences with envision since 2023 has been awful. First, my card was blocked, because I couldn't verify transactions that I place 30 days ago. I mean who remembers merchants 30 days ago when they're out shopping? 2nd I had a negative balance due to my card being charged and no funds were in my account. I did not have over draft coverage, but envision wanted me to pay the balance that they didn't cover. 3rd I went in to the local office in Bainbridge Ga 3/28/2025 after 12pm.
