I have been with this company over 13 years. It used to be the absolute best tech support. Never had an issue with billing. For the last yr and half, it has been an absolute nightmare.. horrible tech support. Billing is a complete crazy. They tell you they're charging you one thing and charge you another.. I am at my Wit's inn. I am shopping around for another appointment scheduling company.

Alli is great and responsive. She stays on top of any concerns, responds in a timely manner and even checked up on me weeks later to make sure everything was ok..thank you!

We had an issue with our SMS messaging. I was so impressed with the speed of response and the quick resolution. Matthew was so kind and did exactly what he said he would do to fix the issue. Kudos EnvisionNow!

When I was introduced to Envisions was about 5 years ago, the program was a lot different. Had to learn the new platform, which went very smoothly. I enjoy the ease of using this platform. If there ever is an issue the customer support team are all very amazing. They are smart and will walk you through each step with you. They are very courteous and we have formed a tight bond, I feel. Onboarding and support is great. They walk you through all the features and you have access to a training video library if you forget. Love all the integrations.
