After a year, I'm quite dissapointed with with my Leap v2 purchase. My first impressions were: - The cushion/foam was seriously thin. The backrest effectively feels like there is a towel or two between your back and the platic of the chair frame. (To this day I'm still not sure if they may have forgot the foam) - The lumbar tension dial simply did not work. (Came installed incorrectly and somehow was not tested before being picked up. What a great service and product. Ryan was super friendly and welcoming. He was responsive after I had emailed him to schedule a meeting to check out one of the Herman Miller Chairs. I loved what I saw at the warehouse and I bought my chair same day. Ryan even helped me pack the chair into my car which was super helpful! Thank you so much!
