Hello, I tried to deal with this company for our festival coming up in June. I had many problems. It started with Zack he was supposed to send me a quote . It took over a week I had to follow up on many occasions he was not very professional at all then I was transferred to his manager, Brad I realize that I was missing some items On my quote so Brad sent me a new quote I did not even sign it or approve it and they charged $1000 on my Visa which he had informed me he wouldn’t charge a deposit until June. Very friendly on the phone and was provided the quote right away then booked the next day. No issues with my septic since.
This company took over the disposal site near our cottage a few years ago. We pay a $150 annual fee to use the disposal site, Now, starting July 6, they’re introducing a whole new list of charges — that $150 only covers four garbage bags per visit, and it’s $4 per bag after that. It’s frustrating to be hit with extra fees on top of what we already pay annually. If the goal is to cover costs more fairly, how about adopting a per-visit fee model, like the Tisdale site in Timmins, and eliminate the annual charge? At least then ... read more
They have taken over our cottage dump. Fees were 30 person, prices went to 150 per season. No keys yet, will not be open till after long week end. Do they not know we come to cottage long week end clean up, then head home mondays ? Very poor organization
