Lisa came highly recommended by a friend of mine. The entire experience from start to finish was great. It was my first time having a laser treatment. I was a bit hesitant and nervous and of course you tend to sit on pins & needles wanting to do it but Lisa was very welcoming, informative, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end. Never calls back, if she does it's weeks later and always has some crazy excuse. When I did get it, I had to wait for my appointment for up to an hour. Very vulgar language for a professional. Work was actually decent which makes all the problems to bad. Had prepaid for services which I could never get so when I asked for a refund on the unused portions, I was ignored. Not sure how she's still in business. Probably by getting clients to pay for packages then not doing the service. 😒

Tried calling over and over again, never an answer. Decided to leave messages, no call back. I'm guessing they're out of business. If they're not, they will be!
