Envié una caja desde Houston a bogotá en marzo. Dijeron que se demoraba dos meses y pasaron 5 meses y nunca llegó. El total de la mercancía + envío, asciende a 1000 usd. Y ahora dicen que se perdió la caja y me responderán solo con 200 usd.
