We bought a book and are stuck in our contract with them even though it was made with the previous business. Watch out for what you sign, especially if you plan on selling your firm. No understanding or flexibility at all.
If you need to use these guys for keeping GIPS-compliant records for your firm's records, stay away! Even though they advertise that they support GIPS in their advertising materials, my former employer learned the hard way (after using them for a few years and having migrated our records onto their systems) that they don't really support it nor do they know much about GIPS, and they were stuck in a huge quagmire requiring them to sort out thousands of different individual records by hand in order to complete their GIPS verif... read more
