Left a voice message to hopefully have some legal assistance ASAP. At 7pm on a Saturday, I was happy to get a call back within 24h; but 10 seconds in the call, I asked the caller Andrew Melone if he was used to working such late hours (which I wasn’t complaining about, on the contrary!) and he hung up on me by saying that I was making a big deal out of it... I am in shock, how rude! Will go get help elsewhere, thank you bye.
Andrew was incredibly unpleasant and rude. He stated that all my answers could be found on their website, and after double checking, I confirmed that that was not the case. I should have checked the reviews before calling. Don’t waste your time.
What a horrible experience dealing with this company. Andrew (if it's his real name) is the most unprofessional person you'd deal with. He's so rude, arrogant, and has ZERO customer service skills!! Don't waste your time here, and don't ever give them your money.
He told me I could go to the airport and beg my way into the us…. What kind of advice is that?!
I would give 0 stars if i could. Very useless company. Andrew, or whatever his name is, is the rudest person you'll ever speak with. Very poor, nasty attitude for no reason AT ALL. Not sure why you think you can speak to people crazy and they would give you business. DO NOT even waste your time calling this place or inquiring with them about anything. In all honesty, I wouldn't be surprised if this was some sort of SCAM business.
