This is a total scam. The guy in the picture sells goods off of Instagram. He only takes payment in Bitcoin then he sends you a tracking number. So everything appears legit but then he will ask you to check your tracking the following day only to find out there is a $425 deposit required to ship the goods $400 of which will be refunded.
