Shanna was wonderful to work with. She is professional, practical, thorough and extremely lovely to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Elise Everest has her own way of doing things that are not in accordance with BC Law. She is very secretive, fails to respond to beneficiaries, and fails to properly execute estate information and funds (extremely long delays). She consistently supports executor direction regardless of breach of fiduciary duty, and has displayed smug behavior toward 2 specific beneficiaries (the executor dislikes) on behalf of this malicious & mendacious executor.
