I had a close family member pass away. He lived in Kelowna, and me in Calgary. As sole Executor, I knew I would require assistance from a local team. Elise Everest has her own way of doing things that are not in accordance with BC Law. She is very secretive, fails to respond to beneficiaries, and fails to properly execute estate information and funds (extremely long delays). She consistently supports executor direction regardless of breach of fiduciary duty, and has displayed smug behavior toward 2 specific beneficiaries (the executor dislikes) on behalf of this malicious & mendacious executor.
