I read the reviews and I still tried to ignore all of the bad ones. They had called and offered a great rate, they were responsive, and I felt that it would all work out. Well that is where it went left. My account rep stopped responding. Evidently he was fired mid refinance. I paid for my appraisal and wanted a closing update. The new rep reached out and let me know our old rep was fired and that he had mishandled many accounts. Our numbers were wrong. The cost of closing increased by $12K and the rate changed as well. I have never felt such a waste of time as this. I would not recommend that anyone work with this organization as they are unprofessional and unreliable. If you do choose to work with them I would recommend locking in your rate early.

I responded to a mailer with specific rates and terms for a 30Y mortgage. I called EnTrust and was directed to an "executive banker", who confirmed the essential terms in the mailer. I required a detailed quote to which I was told that was not possible without pulling credit and file a complete application. Given we already had an active loan about to close, I was only looking for a quote that i could compare to what we already had from the other lender before communing to another application.
To make a long story short, despite two one-on-one phone calls, 6 emails this "Executive Banker" was friendly but never provided a detailed quote (despite specific requests and apparently against legal requirements from Consumer Finance Protection Bureau ), and was so elusive that the interchange was essentially a waste of time. As a minimum, we are looking at illegal, deceptive and time wasteful behavior.

After closing, the company failed to fund the loan as agreed citing that the underwriter changed the rules mid-stream by making the minimum requirement fica score to above 620 even though we closed the loan and signed all documents. I did not receive any funding although approved.

We are more than pleased to have the opportunity to write this recommendation letter for Aramis Moreira. As customers there is always reservation on all information given by a professional and when it has an impact on your finances those reservations are even more disquieting. Aramis is an excellent communicator which early in the refinance process alleviated those reservations. He was very timely with all correspondence and phone call responses along with giving accurate comprehensive information to all inquiries. The refinance process can be very complex with many variables and adding financial deficits to that process creates more. Aramis did a great job coordinating and directing not only us as customers to overcome those obstacles he assisted other departments keeping all information to all parties very concise to avoid confusion.
In conclusion we would like to state we would highly recommend Aramis and know whatever company he chooses to work for he is a formitable asset.

I just refinanced my home, with Entrust funding, I met up with Phil Gilbert
he explaned to me that this process was going to be easy, and YES it was
