I called my doctor and asked for a statement because I was being double billed.They got with Entrada, I received a statement that showed my payments from months and months earlier have not been applied. I ended up double paying 500$ in all and provided my bank statements to prove it. I have not received a statement since. That was 10 weeks ago. I have called Entrada myself and left messages that were never returned. And now the doctor office is closed. So I might have to take off work to go there in person.
