Jacque the Physical Therapist at the east side location is very friendly. She listens to your concerns and make you feel very relaxed. She is very knowledgeable in her job and I would recommend her to anyone that needs a calming experience. Just finished my PT for my knee replacement with Jacque she was amazing again. Ben went above and beyond. Answered questions about any concerns I had and gave me exercises to do for joint strengthening that was not part of my current issue. The body is a whole entity that needs every part to be able to work together.
Terribly rude receptionist at this location- truly shocked they have someone with this demeanor at their front desk. I arrived early to my first appointment to fill out paperwork as instructed when I initially scheduled. Upon walking in, I was not greeted by the receptionist- instead she glared at me as if I was interrupting her personal conversation with the one other person seated in the waiting area.
