Careless. They have lost a portion of my money due to clerical errors on their end and it has taken months to resolve. They seem to be dishonest and unresponsive. I would urge businesses not to process payroll through entertainment partners and find alternatives.
My experience with EP has been nothing but positive. Pay is always on time, easy to get support when needed, and always informed of any industry specific updates or changes.
Horrible service and they wasted a lot of my time saving an issue that should have taken a few minutes and took almost 2 hours
E P is by far the worst and most difficult digital payroll service to deal with.
