The communication process with this company is terrible. My next steps are the Better Business Bureau. They’ll take money out of your account without completing the seminar or even placing your order so you have to wait on them to do anything. There’s very small print that says you need 250 to start up everywhere else on Google says you need a minimum of a $250 purchase which needs to be addressed. Horrible store. I ordered a pair of keychains in May that were on pre order and due to arrive in June 2025. One arrived in time but the other suddenly said it would not arrive until January 2026 - over 6 months since I ordered it! I emailed for assistance and they would not allow for a return of the keychain that arrived nor a cancellation of the keychain due to arrive in January. There's no guarantee the keychain will even arrive. Will not be ordering here again!
Got a figure that had some really messed up paint. I sent them some photos and they sent me a replacement figure completely free, and I didn't even have to go through the hassle of sending the first one back. Fantastic customer service! You have a customer for life, thank you!
Amazing Customer Service! Donald Tapia was really helpful and friend when it came to helping me with an issue I had with my orders. He was so reliable and answered all the questions I had and even went above and beyond to get me the right kind of help! I am truly thankful for that!
