I am forced to give one star, when the customer service is a ZERO!! The customer service at the water department is HORRIFIC. I refuse to pay by check again. They hold the checks forever before depositing them. I refuse to attempt to pay online again, there is no reason it should take a week or more for an ACH transaction, now causing me to be late and tacking on fees. I am blown away by the patience and professionalism of the staff within Enterprise Water Department. On MULTIPLE occasions I’ve watched them be berated about the inconvenience of the construction to their office, shouted at by someone about an issue that water related but has nothing to do with the collection of the bill. My most recent visit involved a conversation about the temperature of the water, washing machines, and hot water heater. Was told we would not be tagged until 05 /10/25 by a new employee!!! Just called last week to confirm! I got a young man (manager) on the phone who would take absolutely no accountability for their misinformation. Never even tagged with normal 72 hour curtesy. Accountability comes with maturity. Somebody with authority please fire this young man lacking empathy and personal accountability!
