No words to describe the horrific customer service! I used this company several years ago, but I don't know what happened. I just had a headliner replaced on my vintage Jaguar. First, their price for the headliner itself was double what I could buy it for on the open market. Then, when I dropped off the car it worked perfectly...not when I got it back.
