If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed a truck with a lift gate and went to this location a week in advance to reserve a 16 foot truck with a lift gate. The day before my rental, I called to confirm availability and I was told that there were "plenty" of trucks and that all had lift gates. My rental pickup was at 7:30am and my moving crew started at 8am.
