Dylan was excellent! Very professional and very quick to help. It has always been a good experience coming to this branch.
A truck rental location that delivers on its commitment! The staff are professionals (Will and Tabitha take a bow). The truck was great , the price was competitive and the location is well maintained. First class customer service. This is how customers should be treated…..Budget Truck Rental should take note and learn!!!
Edit: this is my second time renting a truck from this location. Both times I had a great experience. Apparently Sean was promoted, but Will & Bryce were great also. Super easy experience, and they gave me a very nice rental truck. I recently had a rental truck for an extended period of time. I had a great experience working with Sean. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, & communicative. He was very easy to work with, and took the stress out of the process.
