Friendly staff
I have rented from Enterprise for years. I will continue to rent from Enterprise, but I will never go back to Colton. The customer service kid was extremely unhelpful with a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. He demanded, license and credit card without any smile or greeting. Then when presented with these items he informed me that a debit card would not be sufficient even though I just rented with this card a month ago in Ontario!
