Good experience overall! The team provided excellent service and was very professional. Just be mindful of the agreed-upon timeline—if you exceed your time slot by even a couple of minutes, you'll be hit with double charges. Aside from the strict overtime policy, everything was great.
Great customer service. Folks at the local office in Arlington, Virginia were very helpful. Truck was new, clean, and the rental was easy and efficient. I would recommend and would do it again
