I had an excellent experience renting a van from Enterprise Truck Rental in Hatfield and highly recommend them. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They called me the day before my rental to confirm the pickup time, which was a nice touch. When I arrived, the van was already prepared and waiting right by the front door. I won't be doing business with Enterprise Truck Rental again. They have a policy that if you don't return a truck before closing time Friday you have to pay for the whole weekend. They are closed on the weekend. This is even if you drop off the truck on Friday and place the keys in the key drop. Not recommended because of this policy, which is not in the lease agreement and is not consistent within staff at the company.

We have rented from a variety of other companies, the customer service at this location is second to none. This location also has a wide array of trucks to choose from. Vehicles clean, up-to-date and available upon request
