Absolutely a disgrace this place is placed a reservation on a 26 foot box truck that I needed for moving on july 7th didnt get a call from them until july 14th saying their website was down and I would be 9th on their waiting list, that doesnt help someone who is moving in 4 days, and they offered no help other then to put me on a waiting list with absolutely no time frame when I would receive a truck. Absolutely poor business structure in this place, shouldn't be in business.

I rent trucks to go to Buffalo and for work purposes and now that i found enterprise truck rental i am never going anywhere else. The costumer service was Phenomenal. The truck was extremely clean , they didn't have me waiting and gave me a story once i arrived that they didn't have the truck. I put Faith in the and the followed through with what they had said over the phone and then after to call me and let me know how much everything was and everything they will be doing to get my hold back.
