Warren and his team made my rental experience easy and straightforward. Highly recommend.
My husband and his business partner have been screwed over by Warren for weeks. Constant change in information, charging more than agreed, changing terms of conditions. Agreed to monthly contract then switched up and said they only can do weekly. Told them there was uncapped miles, then put a cap on miles. Tried to charge for service to the trucks. They won't take my money and rent me a truck because I don't have a credit card, only a debit card. Worst company I have ever attempted to do business with, and they have cost me over $1000 due to me not being able to get the truck that I put a reservation in for. Shame on anyone who works for this company.
