Best spot for a truck rental in Fredericksburg. People there are awesome
Great place. Have trucks for hauling. Friendly staff. Will always use enterprise
If it was possible for me to leave no star I would. I made my reservation 3 or more weeks ago, checked back in last week to confirm, they said yes, then again yesterday 9/8/2026 and they said yes. Today, I Received a call 2 hours before pick up time to be told that the truck was unavailable. This is beyond unacceptable, and it’s clear that someone there is not doing there job. You all are costing people money! I’m sure no one will take accountability for it, but someone for sure needs to be fired asap.
I’ve rented trucks from enterprise in Fredericksburg a few times now. All the people I’ve worked with there are always helpful, professional, friendly, and service-oriented. I’ve worked with several of them now, and I’ve seen that same commitment across the board. Thanks and definitely count me as a loyal customer!
