Pretty seamless and easy process from the front desk all the way until we return the vehicle. No issues no complaints. Couldn’t ask for a better experience & thank you guys so much for hooking us up as well when the The vehicle we chose was not in stock. You gave us a bigger and better vehicle and no additional cost, now that’s what we call awesome Customer Service.
This rental company has extremely good customer service. Our teen daughters broke down and they went above and beyond to help them get a vehicle back on the road again.....very much recommend this place.
Had a reservation, the representative told me that they will pick me up in 10 minutes but it's been almost an hour.
