Amazing staff, great customer service, and the van was clean and smooth to ride! The management team was fantastic as well!
Worst branch ever!! Called 17 min!!! before pick up and told me truck will only be in the next morning. No sorries no nothing. They knew I was driving all the way up from Williamsburg. I know that can happen, but after promising me the truck would be in at 3 pm and I especially scheduled pick up at 4:30 pm, they could at least have called earlier so I wouldn't have wasted gas and time. Went to uhaul Fredericksburg then. Never again Enterprise Fredericksburg!!!
I rented a van, do to my work van died. There were 2 gentlemen that worked in the truck rental department in Fredericksburg va location were helpful and very nice. I will say absolutely 💯 customer service!!!!! I will be back !! Tell them thank you again 🙏
