Justin was a lifesaver! After a long butterfly effected couple of traveling days, I finally arrived in Kansas City. I was told my reservation would be fine by the travel agency, they were wrong. The airport was out of cars and so were lots of other locations. I finally found this location, made the reservation only to get a call from Justin saying they didn't have their shipment in yet. I was so immediately defeated. He said he should get it in about 30 minutes and would call me back if they came in. I was so tired of travel... read more
