I was making a u-turn as I had a green light, as I was almost done with it, this Enterprise Transportation Co. driver, license #TX 019F 057, turned to his right without yielding or stopping as he had a red light and proceeded to get into the far left lane which I had gotten into and almost collided with me. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid being hit by this careless, wreckless moron. He was hauling a combustable load. I will be contacting DOT and reporting this. Driver was driving on shoulder and taking ramp exits to get ahead of traffic, then cutting cars off to get back on highway. Truck#21723

Reporting this unsafe, dangerous driver to DOT. flying through the 45 mph construction zone in Midland. Guess safety takes a backseat to whatever emergency this idiot was on. Orange barrels and cones everywhere and he almost ran over me in such a big hurry. They let this guy drive Haz/Mat!!?? Not enough fiery crashes out here I guess. smdh!
