Pickup was great. Very convenient and booked through expedia with no issue…except for the drop off. Had an after hours drop off, called several times the days before my rental was due back and nobody picked up the phone. I was not told where the drop box was or even where to park the car. I got to the airport and the entire rental car section was closed off, I was unsure about where to park the car or put the keys. The staff at Chippewa County International Airport were exceptionally friendly and professional. A great experience. And our vehicle was wonderful and clean.

When I dropped the car off six hours before it was due, the next day when I got my receipt via email, I had been charged an extra $23 without explanation. I know this is a very minimal amount however it’s poor customer service to leave people wondering what the charge is for.

Use Enterprise in Petoskey all the time without any issues. Unfortunately, they were sold out. Booked online via Priceline. Read all of the terms, which stated debit cards were accepted but a larger security deposit may be required at airport locations. Took a half hour boat ride and 45 minute car ride (one-way, not round-trip) for my 7 pm pickup. Was told that the manager attempted to contact me via phone to confirm my reservation details. I was pleasantly surprised with the services and the rental of the vehicle. Shannon was welcoming and attentive, and the customer service was excellent.
